A free legal clinic from NYC Pride and the Chosen Family Law Center, a 2026 NYC Pride grantee, focused on end-of-life planning for LGBTQ+ New Yorkers and families, whose choices can be dismissed without proper legal, financial, and medical decisions in place. Attendees can develop and notarize simpler documents on site, such as a Power of Attorney, learn about wills, medical advance directives, and healthcare proxies, and join a group discussion with queer death doula Dee Dee Waters on remembrance, legacy, and loss. Runs right before NYC Pride's October Open House at the same address. Free on Eventbrite.
